Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your Suki Paws bandana arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. To process a refund or replacement, we require a photo of the damaged product and proof of purchase.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct product as soon as possible or issue store credit.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products that have been worn or used by your pet.
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions.
