  • Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. We look forward to expanding our shipping locations in the future.
  • Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package.
  • Shipping Carrier
We use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our primary shipping carrier for all orders.
  • Tracking Your Order
After your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once the package is shipped.
  • Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. Suki Paws is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to errors at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package reshipped.
  • Lost or Undelivered Packages
Once your order is shipped, Suki Paws is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly for assistance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Puerto Rico: 3-5 business days
United States: 5-7 business days
